  • Worked with Sprint/Nextel to develop a time and attendance, location reporting and activity reporting application for customers delivering services to home-bound individuals
  • Integrated multiple SaaS software acquisitions into a portfolio company of SaaS products to enable improved financial aid processes and experiences in higher education.

FRANCHISES AND SERVICE INDUSTRIES

  • Franchise ownership experience from initial licensing agreement, location leasing, staff training, quality control, ongoing management, sales growth through to successful exit.
  • Franchise process and technology consulting for 2nd largest private pay companion services company.
  • Implemented a remote care management solution for a national homecare provider including process re-engineering, triage call center, device configuration and management, mobile app deployments and ongoing system support for remote staff
  • Assessed and recommended approach for strategic sale of business.  Separation included shared services, finance, HR, and IT and local services utilizing shared systems, sales, and customer success
  • Assessed and recommended changes to IT strategy for large international marking and customer support call center that resulted in $1.3M saving in first year.

EDUCATION

  • Directed cross-functional teams in implementing company’s first ERP system integrating student information. Project had a $40m budget and comprised 25 sequential/parallel projects.
  • Planned and directed IT solutions for institutions in US, Brazil and the Caribbean. Reported to Global CIO. Served the IT needs of 5 institutions and 140,000+ students.

HEALTHCARE

  • 45 years of combined Healthcare experience including franchises, venture funded for-profit, proprietorships, and non-profit companies.  Healthcare sectors include both acute and post-acute providers.
